Smoothie bowls are extremely popular at the present time. In fact it's required me some investment to attempt one… however at this point they are an every day treat. Only one attempt is all you have to turn into a fan!
This one is the ideal combo of strawberries, solidified banana, oats and almond milk. Finished with grains, seeds and more natural product. You top yours how you wish. Mine fixings are just a proposal.

Ingredients
- 14 medium sized strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 frozen banana, broken into pieces (I slice mine before freezing)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- natural sweetener to taste
TOPPINGS
- sliced fresh strawberries
- sunflower seeds
- blueberries
- oats
