ROCKY ROAD PEANUT CLUSTERS #Chocolate #Candy

Rough Road Peanut Clusters are made in the microwave and utilize just FIVE fixings. A straightforward, heavenly, simple treat formula that everybody will appreciate!

I go absolutely nuts for everything Rocky Road – frozen yogurt, fudge, pudding pops, and my most recent fixation, these Rocky Road Peanut Clusters. Y'all realize I am a major enthusiast of simple formulas. The less fixings, the better. These groups certainly hit the imprint with only five fixings – everything I keep in my storeroom: chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, oil, marshmallows, and broiled peanuts. Simple.

This sweet sets up so perfectly and makes an incredible blessing. Simply bundle in a charming occasion tin or sack and you're set. This clump makes many, a few dozen at any rate, and can be extended on the off chance that you want to make littler groups. It's truly up to you. Likewise, this formula is effectively twofold or tripled.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil OR shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted, lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and vegetable oil together in a large microwave-safe container. I used a Pyrex glass measuring cup.
  3. Heat on high for 30 seconds, stir, repeat, until chips are melted and smooth.
  4. Quickly stir in the peanuts and marshmallows.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the waxed paper. You can make them as large or as small as you like.
  6. Let set up in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before packing. Store leftovers (ha!) in an airtight container.
